Landslide at 3 mile PSN happened outside the typical time of year for slides.

This is quite interesting in so much as heavy rainfall does not seem to be a direct issue. June rainfall at Craig was only 76% of normal and while July has started off on the wet side, rain has been spread over several days rather than a downpours from a single storm.
