Lack of sea ice affects seal hunting.
Observation by Victoria Kotongan:
Almost all of the ice is gone out of the ocean. People normally use the ice for hunting bearded seal and normally around this time of year there is ice way out into the ocean. I think people are using boats to hunt because of the warmer weather and east winds. There's no ice this year.
