Unseasonably Warm Weather

Observation by Nancy Yeaton:

With the lack of snow, 37 degrees, and rain, snow accumulates on the mountain and the rain comes along to melt it away. We used to be able to go ice fishing in the lagoon as well as ice skating. Now community members are using a net to get the tomcods. Yesterday out in English Bay, there was a pod of fin whales spotted in front of our reef.
