2-22-12 Pressure ice ridges "Vuneqs" - Kwigillingok, Alaska, USA
OBSERVATION: After a winter storm from the southerly directions we noticed some pressure ice ridges have formed along our coast. These ridges have grown over 100 ft up. These pressure ice ridges tend to grow further out away from the coastline. Gavin Phillip, Native Village of Kwigillingok
