Winter Spider

Observation: This is outside my shack near the water plant. This (Arctic?) spider is suppose to be hibernating, in my point of view. We definitely need our winter especially the snow!! Is this little creature adapting to the warmer climate? Longer warmer seasons mean extended growth period for Arctic spiders.
